New Year Resolutions

A lot of people make New Year resolutions, most people don't keep them. So this year be easy on yourself. If you are new to healthy living or interested in giving it a try, make a realistic resolution. Try giving up one thing that you know is no good for you. Or you could try to incorporate one healthy thing into your diet or lifestyle that you currently don't do. This life journey is best started one foot at a time, so start with just that... baby steps.
