Hummus

I made two different hummus dips for a party this weekend and they were very tasty. Here are the recipes:

Black Bean Hummus:
1 can black beans drained
1/2 C Tahini
1/4 C lemon juice
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp salt
dash of cayenne

Put all ingredients in food processor then slowly add oilve oil till it gets a smooth consistency.

Guacamole Hummus:
1 can chick peas
2 Haas avocados
1/4 C lemon juice
1 garlic clove
1/2 package of organic guacamole seasoning (or add your own spices)

Put all ingredients in food processor then slowly add olive oil till it gets a smooth consistency.
