Smoothie recipe

I wanted to share a smoothie recipe that I made today. I have found that smoothies are one of the easiest ways to get a variety of fruits and vegetables in my family's bodies. I try to change them every time I make them. Don't worry about measuring, just dump it is the blender and enjoy! All these ingredients are organic.
1 carrot
1 large leaf green chard
1 11.2 oz container of coconut water
BLEND for 2-3 minutes then ADD
handful of sliced frozen peaches
handful of frozen strawberries
handful of frozen pineapple
1 banana
1/2 cup of orange juice
Blend for 2-3 more minutes

They say to eat a rainbow everyday and with this smoothie you're more then half way there!
